Mr. Kevin Nowlan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Hibernia REIT plc and WK Nowlan Real Estate Advisors since November 5, 2015 and also serves as its Executive Director. Mr. Nowlan has more than 20 years’ experience in the Irish property market, including commercial agency and property management, investment and development financing, property development, commercial loan portfolio management and debt restructuring. Prior to rejoining W K Nowlan Property, he served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at NAMA for three years and Senior Portfolio Manager at Treasury Holdings for four years. Mr. Nowlan joined NAMA in 2010. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director at W K Nowlan Property for six years. He serves as a Director at Windmill Lane Development Company Limited. Mr. Nowlan is a qualified chartered surveyor. Mr. Nowlan has an M.B.A. from Ulster Business School, a B.Sc. in Estate Management from the University of Ulster and a Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College, Dublin.
