Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. Announces Executive Changes Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. announced Randel Aleman to President, MMA and Eduardo Duarte to COO, MMA. Randel Aleman joined Xtreme One and the XFC in 2025 following the acquisition by Xtreme One of his Las Vegas-based MMA organization, Borroka Promotions. Based in the “Fight Capital of the World,” Aleman is a former agent and rising star on the MMA talent and promotions landscape. Eduardo Duarte is the longest-standing team member of the XFC and been a part of over 35 of the organization’s major U.S. and Latin American fights over the past 20 years. A former professional MMA fighter and now owner of a renowned Jujitsu and MMA gym and studio space in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Duarte rejoined the XFC when Xtreme One acquired the business in 2023 and has been instrumental in the rebuild of the promotion and fighter talent pool in the U.S. and worldwide. Appoints Ufc Hall of Famer Robbie “Ruthless” Lawler to Board of Directors Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. announced that Robbie “Ruthless” Lawler, UFC Hall of Famer and former UFC Welterweight Champion, has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. Lawler brings more than twenty years of elite, global experience at the highest levels of professional mixed martial arts, having competed across the UFC, Strikeforce, and EliteXC. Recognized worldwide for his longevity, competitiveness, and professionalism, Lawler adds high-impact strategic perspective, athlete credibility, and brand authority as Xtreme One continues to scale its position in live sports and combat entertainment.
Lawler captured the UFC Welterweight Championship in 2014 and later earned induction into the UFC Hall of Fame following a career defined by iconic championship performances and some of the most widely recognized bouts in the sport’s history. He retired from professional competition in 2023 with a decisive first-round knockout victory in his final UFC appearance. Lawler joins an Xtreme One Board of Directors that includes WWE Superstar and Global Brand Ambassador Ettore “Big E” Ewen, Fox Sports broadcaster Jenny Taft, and additional executives with experience across media, global sponsorships, finance, and marketing. Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. announced that it expects to receive $1.5 million in funding Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc has announced $1,500,000 private placement transaction of common stock and warrants on March 18, 2025. In exchange for $1,500,000 in cash, the company will issue 15,00,000 shares of its common stock at $0.10 per share as well as 7,500,000 warrants to purchase common shares for $0.20 per share with an expiration of March 31, 2028, and an additional 7,500,000 warrants to purchase common shares for $0.25 per share with an expiration of March 31, 2029. Appoints Chris Defendis as New President Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has appointed sports, entertainment and broadcast executive Chris Defendis as the Company’s new President, effective July 1. Mr. Defendis succeeds Doug Kuiper, who has served as interim President of Xtreme One since October 2023. Defendis joined Xtreme One in March 2024 as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Distribution after serving as the Vice President of Affiliate Marketing at WWE, where he was responsible for the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy for partnerships with key broadcast and streaming partners. He also spent 15 years with TV, film and streaming platforms, serving as the Vice President of Partner Management at Warner Brothers Discovery and Vice President of Network Distribution at HBO. At Warner he led the implementation of revenue and growth strategies responsible for $1.5 billion in annual revenue across 20+ million customers and spanning all the Warner Brother Discovery brands. At HBO he developed go-to-market strategies, led customer acquisition efforts, and led the transition of HBO to HBO Max. Defendis earned his MBA from DePaul University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton. A lifelong sports fan, Chris lives with his wife and two children in suburban Indianapolis. Adds Jenny Taft to Board of Directors Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. announced the appointment of FOX Sports, World Cup and live sports television personality, Jenny Taft, to its Board of Directors. The Company also announced that global marketing executive and fintech entrepreneur Jeff Lambert has been named Chairman of the Board, a role that had previously been vacant. Ms. Taft is one of America’s most prominent sports reporters and show hosts, having spent more than 15 years in the media and entertainment industry on air and in content production. She is also a major-brand ambassador and noted expert across a diverse array of sports and entertainment genres from NHL hockey to college, NFL and UFL football, the WNBA and World Cup soccer, as well as TV and niche audience programming ranging from Supercross racing to Extra!
