Tombstone Exploration Corporation Announces Phase Two of Fast Leach Production and Positive Cash Flow from Recent Leach Test Tombstone Exploration Corporation announced estimated forecast cash flow from Phase Two Production based on current test results for the Bonanza Harquahala Mine. Plan Moving Forward: The next phase will process the tailing and the remaining waste rock, as agglomerated product. The lab tests have shown that agglomerated tailing/waste rock gave very “fast” leaching. Lab results show average recovery of 50% of Au within two weeks. For a “fast” leach: 50,000 tons per month; At grade of 0.035 opt Au; With recovery of 50%. The recovered gold would be 875 oz Au per month for twelve months suggesting 10,500 oz of Au. There are total of 500,000 tons available for processing. In this scenario, within a year all 500,000 tons will be crushed/agglomerated, and the process will recover 10,500 oz Au. With the updated information from KCA lab results, company can see the following scenario unfolding as company move forward with fast leaching and the head grade of 0.035 opt: As company crush/agglomerate/stack, at a rate of 50,000 tons per month (or 12,500 tons per week). If continue this for ten months. And put fresh material on sprinkler every week. The operation will ramp up on recovery of gold at 433 oz for the first month followed up by 693 oz on the second month and peak at production of up to 875 oz for ten months and then taper off for last two months, as the heap becomes depleted. This would also mean moving of loaded carbon every week, which would contain over 200 oz, which would be sent to Metals Research for refining. This would give a steady inflow of revenue on a weekly basis of about $370,000 per week for eight to twelve months. The Bonanza Mine property includes the Harquahala and Golden Eagle mines, located approximately eight miles south of Salome, Arizona. The project totals 2,656 acres and has significant potential for gold and silver production in multiple phases moving forward. The Bonanza Mine is located where the Prolific Walker Lane and the Sonoran Geosyncline overlap with likely extensions of Carlin Trend and Mesquite-style mineralization generating Arizona’s biggest richest deposits. Tombstone Exploration Corporation Announces Nearly Completed Construction; Gold Production to Start Tombstone Exploration Corporation announced in combination with Goldrock Resources Inc. and the Bonanza Mining Company that the construction phase is nearing completion and the Bonanza Harquahala Gold Mine in La Paz County, Arizona, will begin processing the gold. Construction of the pad is complete with the finish of the liner installation. Field Lining Systems Inc. were able to complete the liner install and the final report will be sent to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Crushing material and laying of the 18-inch liner protection layer has started using low grade material from the south side of the mine area. Stacking will commence towards the end of next week with completion of laying the protection layer and leaching will commence shortly thereafter. The carbon columns required for gold recovery are now set-up with all piping and electrical installation to be completed this week. The cyanide tank was also delivered and is being set-up and prepped for production.
The long-awaited water well has been drilled to 706 feet and produces approximately 310 gallons per minute; the well however will potentially produce twice this amount of water. The pipeline and well pumps are being installed and should be ready to pump water towards the end of next week. Items such as the office trailer and storage are in transit to the location. The Bonanza Mine property includes the Harquahala and Golden Eagle mines, located approximately eight miles south of Salome, Arizona. Tombstone Exploration Corporation Announces Construction Update and on the Verge of Gold Production Tombstone Exploration Corporation announced in combination with Goldrock Resources Inc. and the Bonanza Mining Company that the construction phase is almost completed. The project is on track for the complete build-out of the heap leach pad and pond and install of liner and production equipment at the Bonanza Harquahala Gold Mine in La Paz County, Arizona, and processing the gold will begin. A well was drilled out in the alluvial basin approximately 2.5 miles south of the project site during the last few days and Tombstone has found the water source for the project. The well was drilled to a depth of 700 feet and will produce the required 250 gallons per minute needed for several phases of the project. It is currently being completed and a pipeline is being constructed and placed, which are both permitted under the BLM, La Paz County, and ADWR. The well will become active in approximately one week. The project construction is well advanced with liner being finished in early January. The liner placement was slowed due to COVID-19 issues among the liner placement crew. The crew has been replaced and are now working towards completion. The crusher mobilization has started with the crusher being in place and operational in early January. All other items including the carbon columns, cyanide storage tank, and pumps are on-site and ready for final placement once the liner is done. The Bonanza Mine property includes the Harquahala and Golden Eagle mines, located approximately eight miles south of Salome, Arizona. The project totals 2,656 acres and has significant underground workings. Once leaching has started, periodic delivery of the carbon to a designated gold processing facility is expected. A gravity survey is being completed to identify the final water well location. The survey will be completed by October 8 and water well drilling will commence thereafter. 5D Mining and Construction, the Company's earthworks contractor, also completed installing the initial roads and the crusher pad and will be ready to mobilize the crusher near the third week of October. The crusher and agglomeration facilities will take approximately one week to set-up with crushing expected to start towards the end of October depending on liner placement. 5D has also completed the carbon column pad location and the cyanide tank location. The tanks are being delivered. Bonanza has also contracted with Drake Cement to provide agglomeration cement and are finalizing a cyanide contract with Cyanco to provide cyanide and a tank by the end of October. All other chemicals and carbon are being purchased for an end of month start-up. The earthworks for the leach pad and pond were completed in August and are ready for liner installation. To date, the principal production area has been cleared, grubbed and fine graded to plan and is now ready for the liner. The pregnant solution pond is complete and ready for liner installation and the pond berms have been compacted to engineering specifications in preparation for installation of the leach pad liner and processing facility installation. The Bonanza Mine property includes the Harquahala and Golden Eagle mines, located approximately eight miles south of Salome, Arizona. The project totals 2,656 acres and has significant underground workings. Once leaching has started, bi-weekly delivery of the carbon to a designated gold processing facility is expected. Based on past metallurgical testing, production is budgeted at 23,000 ounces of gold from first phase of production. Heap leaching is an industrial mining process used to extract precious metals and other compounds from ore using a series of chemical reactions that absorb specific minerals and re-separate them after their division from other earth materials. Similar to in situ mining, heap leach mining differs in that it places ore on a liner, then adds the chemicals via drip systems to the ore, whereas in situ mining lacks these liners and pulls pregnant solution up to obtain the minerals. Heap leaching is widely used in modern large-scale mining operations as it produces the desired concentrates at a lower cost compared to conventional processing methods such as flotation, agitation, and vat leaching.
