The company holds 100% interest in the Las Brujas project that consists of 4 concessions covering an area of 1,900 hectares located in the Cajamarca province, Peru; the Cerro EL Bronce Project that comprise 2 concessions covering an area of 600 hectares located in the Ancash province, Peru; and Cerro Dorado comprised 4 concessions covering an area of 1,172 hectares located in Arequipa, province of Caravelí, Peru. It also holds interest in the Porphyritic copper project that consists of 2 concessions covering an area of 1,200 hectares located in the La Libertad province, Peru. The company was formerly known as Montan Mining Corp. and changed its name to Fidelity Minerals Corp. in January 2019. Fidelity Minerals Corp. is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
