The company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Mineral Basin Claims with 4 federally located mineral claims; and in the Riverside claims with 8 patented mineral claims situated in Hyder Mining District, State of Alaska, the United States. It also has an option agreement to acquire an 80% interest in the Harry Property which three contiguous mineral claims covering 1,333 hectares located in the Skeena Mining Division of British Columbia.
