It has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Star Project consisting of five contiguous minerals covering an area of approximately 4,615.75 hectares located in the Skeena Mining Division, British Columbia. The company also holds 100% interests in the IMA Mine Tungsten project that includes 113 WMO federal lode mining claims covering an area of approximately 1,988.6 acres located in East-Central Idaho, the United States.
