The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At PureCycle Technologies

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by CEO & Director Dustin Olson for US$220k worth of shares, at about US$3.22 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of US$8.00. Because it occurred at a lower valuation, it doesn't tell us much about whether insiders might find today's price attractive.

PureCycle Technologies insiders may have bought shares in the last year, but they didn't sell any. Their average price was about US$3.79. We don't deny that it is nice to see insiders buying stock in the company. However, you should keep in mind that they bought when the share price was meaningfully below today's levels.
