Springview Holdings Ltd Announces Board and Committee Changes, Effective January 16, 2026 Effective January 16, 2026, Mr. Edward C Ye resigned from his position as an independent director of Springview Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”), including as a member and chairperson of the Company’s audit committee and as a member of the Company’s compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee. Effective January 16, 2026, following Mr. Ye’s resignation, the Company appointed Mr. Xirui Guo as an independent director of the Company and as a member and chairperson of the Company’s audit committee and as a member of the Company’s compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee. Springview Holdings Ltd Announces Chief Financial Officer Changes Springview Holdings Ltd. announced that on January 6, 2026, Mr. Yi Chun “Jordan” Tse notified Springview Holdings Ltd. of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 31, 2026, and the board of directors of the Company approved his resignation. Springview Holdings Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules Springview Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that it has received a written decision, dated December 18, 2025, from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) confirming that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. As previously disclosed, the Company implemented a 1-for-8 reverse share split effective December 2, 2025. Following the reverse share split, the Company’s Class A ordinary shares maintained a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for at least ten consecutive trading days, as required under the Nasdaq Listing Rules. Based on this, the Panel determined that the Company is currently in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
