Mr. John N. Wallace has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of The Caldwell Partners International Inc. since September 11, 2008 and February 2, 2008 respectively. Mr. Wallace served as the Chief Operating Officer of The Caldwell Partners International Inc. from February 13, 2008 to September 11, 2008. He joined Hudson Highland Group Inc. in January 2003 and served as its Chief Executive Officer of North America Executive Search. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Highland Partners until 2007. He joined TMP Worldwide in March 2000 where he served as its Chief Executive Officer of North America Executive Search and Managing Partner of the Canadian Executive Search Practice. Mr. Wallace was a Managing Partner of the Toronto practice of Ilsley Bourbonnais for five years. He began his career in the executive search industry in 1996. He served at Illsley Bourbonnais as President. He served senior marketing management positions in the telecommunications industry, including as Vice-President of Marketing and Planning for Nortel Communications Systems. He served a Vice President of Marketing and Information Services of Telecommunications Terminal Systems. He also served various roles at Bell Canada. He has been a Director of The Caldwell Partners International Inc. since February 19, 2009. Mr. Wallace holds a B.S. (Honours) from the University of Waterloo.
