Legence Posts 34.6% Revenue Growth to US$737.6M and Lifts 2026 Outlook Legence reported FQ4 2025 revenue of $737.6m, a 34.6% year-over-year increase, supported by organic growth.
The Installation & Maintenance segment recorded a 44.4% revenue increase, linked to demand for mission-critical building systems.
The company completed acquisitions and raised its 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance.
For you as an investor, the headline is the combination of solid top-line growth and a stronger outlook. The 34.6% revenue increase to $737.6m, with organic growth cited as a driver, points to customer demand on top of any acquisition impact. The Installation & Maintenance segment’s 44.4% revenue increase tied to mission-critical building systems suggests that a meaningful part of the business is tied to essential infrastructure, which can sometimes offer steadier activity than more discretionary projects.
Legence also used acquisitions to support momentum and raised guidance for 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA. That mix of internal and acquisition-driven expansion signals an active growth plan that investors may want to track closely, especially around how new assets integrate and how margins evolve against higher volume. You might watch for future updates on segment mix, backlog, and cash flow to understand how this higher guidance translates into longer-term financial flexibility and balance sheet needs.
