As at June 30, 2022, Asia Wealth Securities reported total assets of THB 652 million, and total common equity of THB 419 million. NCL International will fund the acquisition from the issuance of debentures in the amount of THB 500 million. The acquisition is subject to regulatory and certain other condition precedents.
