Centurion Accommodation REIT is a real estate investment trust listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 25 September 2025. CAREIT’s principal investment strategy is to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing living sector real estate assets, which are used primarily for purpose-built worker accommodation (PBWA), purpose-built student accommodation or other accommodation purposes located globally (excluding Malaysia), as well as real estate-related assets. CAREIT is Singapore’s first Global Living Sector REIT, providing exposure to two resilient accommodation segments (PBWA and PBSA) across three global markets.
