Centurion Accommodation REIT is a real estate investment trust listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 25 September 2025. CAREIT’s principal investment strategy is to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing living sector real estate assets, which are used primarily for purpose-built worker accommodation (PBWA), purpose-built student accommodation or other accommodation purposes located globally (excluding Malaysia), as well as real estate-related assets. CAREIT is Singapore’s first Global Living Sector REIT, providing exposure to two resilient accommodation segments (PBWA and PBSA) across three global markets. As of 31 December 2025, CAREIT’s portfolio comprises 14 assets, including five PBWA assets in Singapore, eight PBSA assets in the United Kingdom and one PBSA asset in Australia, with total assets under management (AUM) of approximately 1.88 billion US dollars. In January 2026, CAREIT acquired EPIISOD Macquarie Park, a PBSA asset in Australia, increasing its AUM to approximately 2.18 billion US dollars. CAREIT’s PBWA assets operate under the Westlite brand, while its PBSA assets operate under the (Dwell) and (EPIISOD) brands. The EPIISOD brand was introduced to cover the premium PBSA segment.
