Truecaller Chief Legal Officer Ola Espelund Sells 85% Of Holding

We'd be surprised if Truecaller AB (publ) (STO:TRUE B) shareholders haven't noticed that the Chief Legal Officer, Ola Espelund, recently sold kr3.6m worth of stock at kr66.96 per share. Equally important, that sale actually reduced their holding by a full 85% which hardly makes us feel bullish about the stock.

In fact, the recent sale by Ola Espelund was the biggest sale of Truecaller shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. That means that an insider was selling shares at around the current price of kr61.25. While we don't usually like to see insider selling, it's more concerning if the sales take place at a lower price.
