Vestum Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Founder & Chairman Conny Ryk was not the only time they bought Vestum shares this year. Earlier in the year, they paid kr6.44 per share in a kr23m purchase. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (kr10.20), we still think insider buying is a positive. Because the shares were purchased at a lower price, this particular buy doesn't tell us much about how insiders feel about the current share price.

Vestum insiders may have bought shares in the last year, but they didn't sell any. You can see a visual depiction of insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last 12 months, below. By clicking on the graph below, you can see the precise details of each insider transaction!

Insider Ownership

For a common shareholder, it is worth checking how many shares are held by company insiders. Usually, the higher the insider ownership, the more likely it is that insiders will be incentivised to build the company for the long term. It's great to see that Vestum insiders own 47% of the company, worth about kr1.8b. I like to see this level of insider ownership, because it increases the chances that management are thinking about the best interests of shareholders.
