AREIT, Inc. (AREIT) was incorporated on September 4, 2006 as a real estate company. Initially known as One Dela Rosa Property Development, Inc., it adopted its current name on April 12, 2019. As the first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in the Philippines, AREIT is dedicated to owning and investing in a portfolio of income-generating commercial properties, including office, retail, and hotel spaces that align with its investment criteria.
