Insider Buying: Scana Director Bought kr552k Of Shares

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Scana ASA (OB:SCANA) Director, Bjorn Reed, recently bought kr552k worth of stock, for kr2.35 per share. Although the purchase is not a big one, by either a percentage standpoint or absolute value, it can be seen as a good sign.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Scana

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by insider Sverre Blix for kr1.8m worth of shares, at about kr2.09 per share. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (kr2.67), we still think insider buying is a positive.
