Analyst: Qudus Adebara (Research Analyst) Executive Summary Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc delivered a strong financial performance for the year ended 31 December 2025, with turnover of ₦6.61 billion , representing a 50.5% YoY increase from ₦4.39 billion in FY 2024, driven by growth in interest income, loan book expansion, and improved non-interest income. Interest and similar income rose sharply to ₦5.53 billion (+54.4% YoY) , while interest expense increased moderately to ₦1.87 billion (+64.7% YoY) , resulting in net interest income of ₦3.67 billion , more than 49% higher than FY 2024.
