After more than 6 years of operation and sold more than 400 imported cars, he seized operation in 2008 as he wanted to broadened his business into other sectors. In 2008 Toh Muda Dato' Rizal ventured into the Oil and Gas industry, owned 2 vessels (34-meter fast crew boats) and operated for Petronas Carigali from 2008 to 2015. Crossborder Scapes Sdn Bhd operated 5 vessels in total in its fleet. He is also a motorsport enthusiast having been in the motor racing circuit since mid-teens and developed passionate relationship with the motor racing industry. XOX Berhad (KLSE:XOX) completed the acquisition of Perak FC Sdn. Bhd. from Impact Media & Communication Sdn. Bhd. for MYR 1. XOX Berhad (KLSE:XOX) entered into a memorandum of understanding to acquire Perak FC Sdn. Bhd. from Impact Media & Communication Sdn. Bhd. for MYR 1 on April 29, 2022. As per the transaction, XOX Berhad will acquire 2500 shares of Perak FC Sdn. Bhd. representing 100% stake. As on June 30, 2021, Perak FC Sdn. Bhd. generated loss after tax of MYR 2.3 million and net liabilities of MYR 3.5 million.

XOX Berhad Announces Appointment of Karina Bt Idris Ahmad Shah as Independent and Non Executive Director XOX Berhad announced appointment of Karina Bt Idris Ahmad Shah as Independent and Non Executive Director. Ms Karina is a lawyer by profession. She has over fifteen (15 years) of extensive in house experience in a wide variety of disciplines with emphasis in commercial contracts for the telecommunication, construction, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and oil and gas industry. Ms Karina started her career as Federal Counsel Ministry of Defence in the Attorney Generals Chamber in 1994. Her role was managing procurement contracts for the Army, Navy and Air Force. She moved to private practice in 1996 with Abu Talib Shahrom & Zahari as an Advocate & Solicitor and was later seconded to PLUS Bhd to manage the legal department and was involved in various corporate exercises. In 2000 she moved to Johor Bahru and joined Merit Properties Sdn Bhd (Kuok Group of Companies) as Senior Legal Counsel overseeing commercial agreements for the retail outlet and managing litigation cases for tenancy and infringement of copyright matters. In 2007 she joined Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) a statutory body to develop Iskandar Malaysia in Johor. She was instrumental in setting up the legal department and secretarial unit for IRDA. She and team successfully organized 5 members of the authority and advisory council meetings with the Prime Ministers office, government stakeholders and joint ministerial meetings between Malaysia and Singapore. In 2011, she took a legal role in Doha, Qatar for WCT Berhad that was involved in the construction of the Ministry of Interior, Doha and a dispute resolution in Dubai for the Meydan race course. Upon her return from the Middle East, in 2016 she joined Zico insource as a Legal Consultant and was assigned various assignments for organizations like Time dot com, Heng Yuan Refining Co. Nexion Technologies Limited and XOX Bhd Enters into A Provisional Technology Partnership Agreement The board of directors of the Nexion Technologies Limited announced that on 17 September 2020, the Company and XOX Bhd have entered into a provisional technology partnership agreement to establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership in order to enhance the Parties' competitiveness and expand the scope of products and services offered by the Parties. Pursuant to the Provisional Agreement, the Parties have agreed to negotiate further to finalise the formal agreement for the Partnership setting out, including but not limited to, (i) the respective undertakings of the Parties; (ii) the effective date and duration of the Partnership; (iii) the products and services to be provided by the Group, i.e. the supply of its equipment and system to XOX and its subsidiaries for the cybersecurity risk and susceptible to data breaches, malware attack and phishing exposed by digital transformation; (iv) the services to be provided by the XOX Group, i.e. assisting the Group to operate software-as-a-service platform to provide integrated services to individuals and enterprises in Malaysia; (v) the Parties will enter into a cooperation about operation of a sharing economy clearing payment platform through SaaS system in Malaysia and other countries; (vi) the Parties will strengthen technical exchanges in relation to digital technology, intelligent, cyber infrastructure solutions and cyber security solutions; (vii) the Group will supply to the XOX Group the cyber security system of new mobile subscription plan based on embedded SIM card technology in Malaysia; and (viii) other legal and commercial terms and conditions that the Parties may agree.
