TIME dotCom Berhad (KLSE:TIMECOM) acquired the remaining 33% stake in AVM Cloud Sdn Bhd for MYR 32 million. TIME dotCom Berhad (KLSE:TIMECOM) entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire remaining 33% stake in AVM Cloud Sdn Bhd for MYR 32 million on December 5, 2025. A cash consideration of MYR 32 million will be paid by TIME dotCom Berhad. As part of consideration, MYR 32 million is paid towards common equity of AVM Cloud Sdn Bhd. Upon completion, TIME dotCom Berhad will own 100% stake in AVM Cloud Sdn Bhd.
