Munshaat Real Estate Projects Company K.S.C.P., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the ownership, development, sale, and purchase of real estate properties in Kuwait and internationally. The company also owns, operates, manages, rents, and invests in hotels, clubs, motels, entertainment houses, rest places, gardens, parks, exhibitions, restaurants, cafeterias, commercial complexes, residential compounds, touristic and health spas, entertainment and sports projects, and stores on various degrees and levels. In addition, it is involved in the provision of consultation services in various real estate fields; maintenance work for buildings and real estates, including maintenance, civil, mechanical and electrical, lift, and air conditioning works; real estate auctions; owning and managing of commercial markets and residential complexes; and developing and managing of real estate investment funds.
