It operates in three segments: Industrial, Oil & Gas; Shipyard; and Offshore. The company is involved in the construction and repair of ships; marine, industrial, installation, and maintenance works related to ships, waterways, and ports; trading in equipment, spare parts, and industrial consumables; acting as an agent for trading agencies; industrial inspection works and radiation services; and maintenance, repair, and public services for transport lines, oil and gas tankers, refineries, factories, and annexes, as well as projects and stations of electrical power generation and distribution, water sources, and water and electricity establishments safety.
