Mirae Corporation (KOSE:A025560) entered into an agreement to acquire additional 20.20% stake in Aloys Inc. (KOSDAQ:A297570) from Shin Jeong-gwan and Lee Si-young for KRW 11.2 billion on April 28, 2026. A cash consideration valued at KRW 1600 per share will be paid by Roa & Co Holdings Co., Ltd. upon closing of the transaction, Roa & Co Holdings Co., Ltd. will hold 20.20% stake Shin Jeong-gwan will sell a majority of their shares and will retain a 0.23% stake, Lee Si-young will sell their entire stake and will cease to be a shareholder in the company.
