DCM Shriram Limited Provides Update on Pending Litigation DCM Shriram Limited had a tax matter for AY 14- 15 (FY 13-14) involving majorly transfer pricing adjustments on industrial consumables, which were earlier decided in favor of the Company at the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) on October 28, 2021 and thereafter, challenged by the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-1, New Delhi vide an appeal against the said ITAT order in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi (received by Company on November 8, 2023).
