Varroc Reportedly Seeks to Sell Global Lighting Business for Up to $650 Million Varroc Engineering Limited (NSEI:VARROC) is likely to sell its global lighting business Varroc Lighting System (VLS) at an enterprise value of up to INR 6.00 billion ($650 million) to a leading European component maker to pare its debt, multiple people aware of development told ET.
