Delek Automotive Systems (TLV:DLEA) Could Be Struggling To Allocate Capital
To find a multi-bagger stock, what are the underlying trends we should look for in a business? Ideally, a business will show two trends; firstly a growing return on capital employed (ROCE) and secondly, an increasing amount of capital employed. Put simply, these types of businesses are compounding machines, meaning they are continually reinvesting their earnings at ever-higher rates of return. However, after investigating Delek Automotive Systems (TLV:DLEA), we don't think it's current trends fit the mold of a multi-bagger.
Understanding Return On Capital Employed (ROCE)

Yet to long term shareholders the stock has gifted them an incredible 122% return in the last five years, so the market appears to be rosy about its future. Ultimately, if the underlying trends persist, we wouldn't hold our breath on it being a multi-bagger going forward.
