Announces Change of Executive President The board of directors of Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. Liu Donghai has resigned as the executive president of the Company with effect from 24 January 2025 due to his personal reasons. Upon his resignation from the above position, Mr. Liu will continue to act as an executive Director and will be appointed to serve as a special advisor of the Company. The Board further announced that Mr. Liu Liang has been appointed as the executive president of the Company for a term of three years commencing from 24 January 2025. Mr. Liu Liang, aged 45, has been the general executive vice president of the Company since March 2022.
