China Overseas Land & Investment Limited Announces Change of Non-Executive Director, with Effect from 22 January 2025 The board of directors of China Overseas Land & Investment Limited announced that Mr. Zhao Wenhai (‘Mr. Zhao’) resigned as Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 22 January 2025 due to other work arrangements.
