Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co., Limited's (HKG:2210) dividend is being reduced from last year's payment covering the same period to CN¥0.1578 on the 19th of June. This payment takes the dividend yield to 5.1%, which only provides a modest boost to overall returns.
