China Beststudy Education Group Announces Three-Year Dividend Distribution Plan The board of directors of China Beststudy Education Group announced that it has approved dividend distribution plan for the three financial years 2024, 2025 and 2026 (the "Three-Year Dividend Distribution Plan"). Under the Three-Year Dividend Distribution Plan, the Company aims to gradually increase its dividend payout ratio to 50%, 60% and 70% of the net profit attributable to the Company's owners in the previous financial year over the next three years, and to distribute dividends twice a year, namely, the annual and interim dividends. China Beststudy Education Group Provides Earnings Guidance for the Year 2021 Reference is made to the announcement of China Beststudy Education Group dated 17 December 2021, which disclosed that the Company planned to cease its tutoring services business related to academic subjects at the compulsory education stage (the "Compulsory Education Tutoring Services") with effect from January 2022 (the "Cessation of Business"). The Cessation of Business is in response to the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Compulsory Education Students, published in July 2021 by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council and the related implementation rules, regulations and measures promulgated by competent authorities.
