Professor Hearn has extensive experience in global strategic engagement, talent recruitment and consultancy services, and has been the Founder and Executive Chairman of Hearn International Pty Ltd. since 2013. Mr. O'Dea currently chairs the NSW Legislative Assembly and co-chairs the NSW Parliament Presiding Officer and Executive Group, which oversees the NSW parliamentary precinct.
