He has been an Executive Director at Jiangnan Group Limited since July 18, 2013. Mr. Chu has over 18 years of experience in the wire and cable industry in the People's Republic of China. From June 2003 to November 2004, he served as the Executive Director and General Manager of Wuxi Zhongnan Mining Cable Co. Ltd. From November 2001 to May 2003, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Wuxi Jiangnan Wire and Cable Co. Ltd. From November 1997 to October 2001, he was the Factory Director of Shanghai Asahi cable factory. From December 1994 to October 1997, he was engaged in the sales and marketing of wire and cable. He served as General manager of Jiangnan Group Limited. He was the Vice Chairman of the 2nd Governing Council of the Jiangsu Province Coal Mining Machinery Industry Association, the vice chairman of the 2nd National Fountain Professional Committee and the general committee member of Yixing City Charity Association. He was elected as Chairman of Guanlin Township Youth Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Chu has obtained several awards, including Outstanding Entrepreneur awarded by the people's government of Yixing in 2012, Outstanding Entrepreneur in Coal Mining Machinery Industry by the Coal Mining Machinery Industry of Jiangsu Province in 2006, one of the Top Ten Young Entrepreneurs in Wuxi City jointly awarded by a few entities (including Wuxi Municipal Party Committee Organisation Department, Wuxi City Economic and Trade Commission and Wuxi City Industry and Commercial Federation in 2008, one of the 17th Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Wuxi City jointly awarded by a few entities (including Wuxi Municipal Party Committee Organisation Department, Wuxi City Personnel Department and Wuxi City Youth Federation and Outstanding Young Person of Yixing City, jointly awarded by a few entities (including Yixing Municipal Party Committee Organisation Department, Yixing City Personnel Department and Yixing City Youth Federation in 2006. Mr. Chu serves as a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Yixing City. Mr. Chu involved in a lot of charitable activities and was granted the award of Charity Star of Yixing City by the Yixing City Party Committee Council and the people's government of Yixing in 2007. It operates through Power Cables, Wires and Cables for Electrical Equipment, Bare Wires, and Special Cables segments. The company offers power cables primarily for the use in power transmission and distribution systems; and wires and cables for use in the supply and distribution of electricity for various applications, such as industrial machinery, instruments, meters, and household appliances, as well as wires in the buildings. It also provides bare wires, including aluminum reinforced wires, aluminum conductor steel reinforced wires, and aluminum alloy conductors that are used as overhead power lines for power transmission; and special cables and wires for the ship building, wind power generation, and mining industries, as well as rubber, fire proof, and other cables. In addition, the company is involved in the trading of copper conductors, and wires and cables; and engineering, procurement, and construction of electric power related projects. Its products are used in power and general industries, including metals and mining, oil and gas, transportation, shipbuilding, and construction industries. Jiangnan Group Limited also exports its products to approximately 100 countries. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Shatin, Hong Kong.
