SIC Insurance PLC Recommends the Payment of A Final Dividend for the 2021 Financial Year, Payable on January 13, 2023 SIC Insurance PLC announced that the Company’s Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the payment of a final dividend of GHC 0.0460 per share for the 2021 financial year. All shareholders registered in the books of SIC at the close of business on December 12, 2022, will qualify for the final dividend. The Register of shareholders will be closed from December 13, 2022, to December 14, 2022. (Both dates inclusive). In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as December 8, 2022.
