Here's Why LSL Property Services's (LON:LSL) Statutory Earnings Are Arguably Too Conservative

For the year to June 2020, LSL Property Services had an accrual ratio of -0.23. That implies it has very good cash conversion, and that its earnings in the last year actually significantly understate its free cash flow. Indeed, in the last twelve months it reported free cash flow of UK£59m, well over the UK£17.4m it reported in profit.
