Touchstone Exploration Inc. engages in the exploration, development, acquisition, production, and sale of petroleum and natural gas properties in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Its primary exploration focus is the Ortoire exploration block. The company also operates Trinidad-based upstream petroleum and natural gas activities under state exploration and production licenses with the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries under the lease operatorship agreements (LOAs) and an enhanced production service contract (EPSC) with Heritage Petroleum Company Limited, as well as private subsurface and surface leases with individual landowners.
