TEAM plc Announces Appointment of John Cusins as Non-Executive Director, Effective July 23, 2026 TEAM plc announced that, further to the Company's announcement on 30 June 2026, John Cusins has been appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director, Effective July 23, 2026. John brings substantial experience across wealth management, private equity, capital markets and strategic growth experience.
