Mr. Hou has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, of which over 14 years of experience in the card industry. He serves as an Independent Director of the Huijin Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. He serves as an Independent Director OF SGSG Science&Technology Co., Ltd. Zhuhai. He serves as a Director of Goldpac Secur-Card (Zhuhai) Ltd. He is a Member of the Communist Party of China.
