Pyramid AG (XTRA:M3BK) acquired RNT Rausch GmbH from Securize IT Solutions AG (MUN:M14K) for approximately €2.5 million on April 24, 2025. As part of consideration, a cash purchase price of €2.5 million is paid towards common equity of RNT Rausch GmbH, as well as a debtor warrant valuing RNT at 6.95 times its 2025 EBITDA and providing an earn-out of 20% of RNT's 2026 EBITDA.
