The company offers SmartChange to automate SAP transports from request to import; Interface Manager to design, operate, and optimize SAP interfaces; SmartITSM for intelligent management of complex IT structures; SmartCMDB for digitization and automation of central service processes; theGuard!, a product suite of ITSM and SAP solutions; and managed services for SAP. It also provides SAP Solution Manager, an intelligent platform for application lifecycle management; SAP ChaRM, a component that manages changes in SAP and non-SAP systems; SAP Transport Management that transports changes, such as adaptations to program code, system configurations, or changes to database objects through various SAP system landscapes; SAP Cloud Transport Management, a cloud-based service that enables the controlled transport of software artifacts; SAP-ITSM Integration, an automated connection of SAP systems with IT service management platforms comprising ServiceNow, Jira, or SmartITSM; and SAP Cloud ALM, a cloud-based ALM platform for the implementation, operation, and development of SAP solutions.
