The calculations below outline how an intrinsic value for RPT Realty is arrived at by discounting future cash flows to their present value using the 2 stage method. We try to start with analysts estimates of free cash flow, however if these are not available we use the most recent financial results. Mr. Brian L. Harper is the President, CEO & Trustee at RPT Realty since June 15, 2018. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Rouse Properties, Inc. since September 2016 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from April 22, 2015 to September 2016. Mr. Harper served as an Executive Vice President of Leasing & Acquisitions at Rouse Properties, Inc since March 10, 2015 until April 2015. He served as an Executive Vice President of Leasing at Rouse Properties, Inc. since January 12, 2012. Mr. Harper has over 18 years of experience in the retail real estate industry, including work with ground up development, asset repositions, distressed real estate and "regular" mall leasing. Mr. Harper served as Senior Vice President of Leasing at General Growth Properties since 2011. Prior to 2011, he served in various positions at GGP, including Vice President of Mall Leasing and Vice President at Leasing/Big Box for both the Western and Eastern Regions. Before joining GGP, Mr. Harper served as a Leasing Associate at RED. He has won several awards, including Chain Store Age’s 10 Under 40 in Real Estate. He served as Vice President of Leasing at RED Development from 2002 to 2005 and an Associate at Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, LLC from 1998 to 2002.
