Planetree International Development Limited Updates Earnings Guidance for the Six Months Ended 30 June 2026 Planetree International Development Limited updated earnings guidance for the six months ended 30 June 2026. For the period, the Group is expected to record an unaudited consolidated profit attributable to the Shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the "Reporting Period") of approximately HKD 760 million as compared to approximately HKD 108 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025, representing a substantial surge of approximately 600%, and the Group's consolidated net asset value will surge to over HKD 4.8 billion, representing an increase of more than 130% as at the end of the Reporting Period. The HKD 160 million incremental uplift boosted the expected attributable profit for the Reporting Period from the previous estimate of approximately HKD 600 million set out in the Announcement to approximately HKD 760 million mentioned above. The financial information of the investee companies reflects substantial increases in the fair value of their net assets during the Reporting Period.
