Gunsynd plc Provides Update on Barb Gold Project and Reports Multi-Element Assay Results Gunsynd Plc had engaged Critical Discoveries to complete the Phase 1 Summer Field Program targeting the Lotus and Betty Shaft areas, comprising grab sampling and mineralization characterisation of the prospects. Following the previously reported high-grade gold assay results, returning up to 489 g/t Au, the Company has now received the multi-element geochemical assay results for the 59 rock samples collected during the program. The multi-element assay dataset provides valuable geochemical information to assist in the characterisation of the mineralisation and will support ongoing interpretation of the Barb Project. Highlights from the multi-element assay results include: High-grade gold values of up to 489 g/t Au accompanied by elevated pathfinder elements, including 0.462% Bi and 0.254% Te. Copper values of up to 10.5% Cu returned from a mineralised grab sample assaying 15 g/t Au. Arsenic values of up to 18.1% As, reinforcing the robust geochemical signature of the Barb gold system. The multi-element assays identify a robust Au-As-Bi-Te ± Cu geochemical signature, providing additional vectors for future exploration and drill targeting. The multi-element assay results complement the previously reported gold assays, which returned grades ranging from 0.008-489 g/t Au, including 35 samples assaying above 1 g/t, 23 above 5 g/t and 3 above 100 g/t Au. Gunsynd Plc Provides Update On Barb Gold Project In Manitoba Gunsynd plc provided an update on the Barb Gold Project in Manitoba, Canada, further to the Company's announcement of 6 May 2026. Phase 1 of the 2026 summer field programme scheduled to commence on or around May 27, with field work expected to be completed by 2 June 2026. Systematic prospecting traverses to be conducted across the newly acquired Lotus 1 & 2, Denver and Brook claims, focused on the historical mine shaft proximal areas, with field observations of mineralisation, alteration and structural data captured to support drill target generation. Selective grab and chip rock samples to be collected from prospecting traverses and submitted to an accredited laboratory for analysis, with samples photographed and documented in the field. On completion, Critical Discoveries Inc. will deliver a fully integrated exploration database for the property, incorporating all new rock sample results, original laboratory certificates and chain-of-custody documentation, formatted for use in QGIS and Excel. Gunsynd plc Provides Update on Barb Gold Project in Manitoba, Canada Gunsynd plc provided an update on the Barb Gold Project in Manitoba, Canada, further to the Company's announcement of 5 February 2026. Summer field programme expected to commence by mid-June 2026, subject to final snow melt. Rock chip sampling to be carried out across the newly acquired Lotus 1 & 2, Denver and Brook claims. Induced Polarisation (IP) geophysical survey planned over the Lotus and Denver claims, together with priority targets on the existing Barb Gold Project, to assist with diamond drill hole targeting. Documented historical grades at the Lotus deposit, now part of the enlarged Barb Gold Project, include 34.29 g/t Au across 1.5 m and 22.49 g/t Au, as recorded in Manitoba Mineral Inventory File 375. The Company expects to be in a position within weeks to commence its summer work programme on the Barb Gold Project, with the exact start date depending on final snow melt and currently expected by mid-June 2026. Critical Discoveries Inc., which is implementing the programme on behalf of Gunsynd, has confirmed that it expects to mobilise as soon as ground conditions allow. The opening phase of work will comprise rock chip sampling at each of the newly acquired claims announced on 5 February 2026. To advance drill target generation, Gunsynd also intends to conduct an IP survey across priority areas encompassing the Lotus and Denver claims, together with selected targets on the existing Barb Gold Project. The IP survey is designed to identify chargeability and resistivity anomalies associated with sulphide-bearing structures within the quartz-carbonate vein systems that characterise the Rice Lake greenstone belt, and to refine diamond drill hole targeting ahead of any subsequent drilling phase. The Lotus deposit, which forms part of the enlarged Barb Gold Project following the acquisition announced on 5 February 2026, was the subject of intermittent exploration and small-scale mining between 1924 and 1982. Headline historical grades recorded in Manitoba Mineral Inventory File 375 (NTS 62P/1NE) include a 1930 bulk shipment of 249 kg of ore from the Lotus claim to the federal Mines Branch laboratories in Ottawa, which returned an average of 22.49 g/t Au across two cut samples (Parsons, 1932), and a 1935 channel sample at the No. 1 shaft on the adjoining Ling claim, which returned 34.29 g/t Au across 1.5 m at a depth of 10.7 m. The historical figures referred to above are derived from publicly available Manitoba government records, predate the introduction of the NI 43-101 and JORC Code reporting standards, have not been verified by a Qualified Person or Competent Person, and should not be relied upon as a current estimate of mineralisation. The Company is not aware of any NI 43-101 or JORC Code compliant estimate of mineralisation on the Lotus claim block. Gunsynd plc Provides an Update on the Barb Project in Manitoba, Canada Gunsynd Plc provided an update on the Barb Project in Manitoba, Canada, in which the Company holds a 100% legal and beneficial interest. The Company confirms that it has received geochemical results in full and submitted a technical assessment report covering the 2025 field programme to the Manitoba Mining Recorders Office. The assessment report covers the Company's 26-day prospecting and rock sampling programme and provides an integrated geological and geochemical interpretation. The Barb Gold Project is located near the historic mining community of Bissett within the Archean Rice Lake Greenstone Belt, a well-established Manitoban gold district that has produced more than 1.7 million ounces of gold historically. Historical production in the district was primarily from the True North Gold Mine, located approximately 30 km to the east of the Barb Project, and contains a permitted gold processing facility. 2025 Programme Results The 2025 field programme supports the interpretation that gold mineralisation on the Barb Project is consistent with a structurally controlled orogenic gold system, hosted within quartz-carbonate veins and associated shear zones. Mineralisation is spatially associated with the Wanipigow Shear Zone, a regionally significant structural corridor known to host gold mineralisation in the Rice Lake Greenstone Belt. High-grade gold results up to 13.12 g/t were previously announced on 28 October 2025 when initial fire assays were received. Multi-element geochemical results from these samples highlight clear pathfinder element associations, typical of hydrothermal mineralising systems of the Rice Lake Greenstone belt. High gold values are consistently accompanied by elevated silver, tellurium, and bismuth. A later batch of rock sample results were received that tested the northernmost part of the property i.e. further from the Wanipigow SheAR Zone than the first rock samples and demonstrate a secondary target area. Whilst no samples produced grades of over 1 g/t Au theycontained elevated pathfinder values in the same samples showing positive correlations to Au mineralisation in the complete dataset indicating an enriched mineralising fluid. Grant Critical Discoveries has conditionally secured a grant of CAD 105,000 from the Manitoba Mineral Development Fund ("MMDF"), administered by the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce, which will contribute to the planned exploration programme on the Barb Project. The funding is expected to be paid in instalments against work programmes and reporting milestones. Payment of the grant is subject to, among other things, MMDF's approval of the Company's proposal and budget for the exploration programme, and Manitoba's continued agreement to appropriate funding to the MMDF. Next Steps Following the 2025 field programme, Gunsynd plans targeted exploration to advance understanding and guide future drilling. A focused diamond drilling programme will test priority quartz veins and shear zones, including structures with elevated gold and sulphide enrichment (Betty, Lilac, Disco, and Oxford structures), along strike extensions, and underexplored structural corridors. While the Company continues the drill permitting process, it will also conduct the following programmes to better refine drill targets: A systematic soil survey will identify gold and pathfinder anomalies beyond outcrop, and assess continuity between known mineralised zones. Induced Polarization (IP) surveys will map concealed sulphide zones, extend shear zone interpretation at depth, and integrate geophysical anomalies with surface geochemistry to prioritise targets, and; Continued prospecting and detailed geological mapping will fill gaps in coverage, providing structural, lithological, and sampling data to improve the geological model and support advanced exploration.
