Mr. Yiu Chun Leung, FCCA, FCPA serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary of Tao Heung Holdings Limited. Mr. Leung is primarily responsible for business development and overall strategic planning in finance, accounting, administration and marketing. Mr. Leung joined Tao Heung Holdings Limited in October 2002 as director of finance and began his career in the Chinese restaurant industry. Prior to joining us, Mr. Leung had over 10 years of experience in financial management and auditing working for various Hong Kong listed companies, including Hop Hing Holdings Limited and Mirabell International Holdings Limited, the shares of both companies are listed on the Main Board and an international accounting firm. He has been an Executive Director of Tao Heung Holdings Limited since March 09, 2007. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
