The company serves customers in commercial vehicle and passenger car, packaging machine, and general mechanical and plant engineering industries. The company was formerly known as GCI Industrie AG and changed its name to MS Industrie AG in July 2012. MS Industrie AG was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
