Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd Approves Dividend for 2025, Payable on 7 July 2026 Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd. AGM held on 28 May 2026, the following resolution was approved: The payment of a dividend amounting to EUR 16.545.267,81 corresponding to EUR 0,23 per ordinary share, comprising €0,22 out of the profits of the year 2025 and EUR 0,01 out of the profits of 2024 included in Retained Earnings, was approved. The dividend will be paid to the entitled shareholders of the Company that will be registered at the CSE registry on the 11 June 2026 (record date). The shares of the Company will be traded in the CSE without the right to the dividend (ex-dividend) as from 10 June 2026.
