Suzhou Wuqi Chuangji Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed an agreement to acquire 6.95% stake in Tongding Interconnection Information Co., Ltd. from TongDing Group Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 500 million on April 27, 2020. As per terms of transaction, Wuqi Chuangji Equity will acquire 86.9565 million shares of Tongding Interconnection Information Co., Ltd. at CNY 5.75 per share.
