Gongqingcheng Shahe Tonglu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) shall pay the transfer price to Shenzhen Aisidi Co., Ltd., in one lump sum within 10 days from the effective date of the equity transfer agreement. The source of funds for the transferred equity is the own funds invested by the partners of Gongqingcheng Shahe Tonglu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and legal self-raised funds. As a result of the transaction, stake of Shenzhen Aisidi Co., Ltd., in No Shenzhen No. 1 Machine Technology Co., Ltd., will decrease from 55% to 49%.
