These 4 Measures Indicate That Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários (BVMF:MULT3) Is Using Debt Reasonably Well

The latest balance sheet data shows that Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários had liabilities of R$1.43b due within a year, and liabilities of R$5.35b falling due after that. Offsetting this, it had R$87.3m in cash and R$874.3m in receivables that were due within 12 months. So it has liabilities totalling R$5.82b more than its cash and near-term receivables, combined.
