Mr. Stuart James Irving has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Executive Director of Computershare Limited since July 1, 2014 and served as its Chief Information Officer since 2008. Mr. Irving held a number of roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland before joining Computershare in 1998 as IT Development Manager in the UK. Mr. Irving worked in South Africa, Canada and the USA before becoming Chief Information Officer for North America in 2005. He was responsible for leading all aspects of Computershare’s global information technology infrastructure and line-of-business application management. He has been the Chairman of Karvy Computershare Private Limited since April 18, 2017. He has been a Director of Karvy Computershare Private Limited since April 07, 2016.
