New minor risk - Shareholder dilution The company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 15% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Earnings have declined by 3.4% per year over the past 5 years. Revenue is less than US$1m. Market cap is less than US$10m (AU$15.3m market cap, or US$9.84m). Minor Risk Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (15% increase in shares outstanding). Announcement • Oct 10

Paterson Resources Limited Provides an Update on Exploration Activities At Its Grace Gold-Copper Project in Western Australia's Paterson Province and Burraga Copper-Gold Project Located in the Prospective Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales Paterson Resources Limited provided an update on exploration activities at its Grace gold-copper project in Western Australia's Paterson Province and Burraga copper-gold project located in the prospective Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales. The Company has successfully amalgamated five prospecting licences P45/2905 to P45/2909 that encompass the Grace gold-copper project into E45/4524 upon signing of a Heritage Agreement with the Jamukurnu-Yapalikurnu Aboriginal Corporation. Paterson remains committed to advancing its Grace gold-copper deposit with planning underway to recommence drilling at the project within the first quarter of 2023 following a successful field season where reverse circulation (`RC') drilling discovered high-grade gold mineralisation in PRC0024 and PRC0025 (see ASX Announcement dated 24th October 2022) including: 15m @ 4.03g/t Au from 77m including 6m @ 9.3g/t Au from 79m, 31m @ 3.13g/t Au from 145m including 7m @ 11.0g/t Au from 148m, 19m @ 1.23g/t Au from 104m including 2m @ 5.9g/t Au from 106m, 41m @ 2.56g/t Au from 143m including 4m @ 9.2g/t Au from 143m and 3m @ 8.7g/t Au from 176m. Assays from the remaining three RC drillholes have also been returned. The latest assay results are located southeast and along strike from Paterson's newly discovered high-grade gold zone. Mineralised intercepts include: 5m @ 0.45 g/t Au from 61m including 1m @ 1.5 g/t Au from 62m (PRC0026), 11m @ 0.94g/t Au from 165m including 1m @ 4.8 g/t Au from 166m, 2m @ 1.5 g/t Au from 169, and 2m at 1.9g/t Au from 174m (PRC0027), 2m @ 1.94g/t Au from 194m (end of hole) (PRC0027), 15m @ 0.43 g/t Au from 26m and 9m @ 2.8 g/t from 95m including 4m @ 6.1g/t Au (PRC0028). Geological interpretation and 3D modelling of the results indicate the high-grade gold mineralisation interecepted in PRC0024 and PRC0025 is plunging to the southwest. Whilst holes PRC0026 toPRC0028 intercepted some zones of significant mineralisation, it is apparent the holes were not drilled deep enough to hit the high-grade skarn replacement style mineralisation intersected along strike in PRC0024 and PRC0025. This area provides a clear target for further drilling. A total of 27 drill holes were completed for 4,761 meters in August and September this year with an average hole depth of 176.3m. The drilling program was designed to target dip and strike extensions of the mineralised resource envelope at the Grace-Bemm deposit and test the highly prospective Parallel Range Fault. Of the 27 drill holes, 24 returned significant gold mineralisation intercepts. Paterson has been granted a six-year extension on exploration licence 6463 which encompasses the historic Lloyds copper mine that has a current JORC (2012) compliant resource of 1.68Mt grading at 0.9% copper for a total of 15,120 tonnes of contained copper (see PSL/HDY ASX Announcment dated 23rd June 2015). The Lloyds copper mine produced 19,443 tonnes of copper between 1880 and 1920, then intermittently up to 1961. The tenure also hosts the historic Lucky Draw gold mine where Renison Goldfields Consolidated mined 1.41 million tonnes of ore at an average grade of 4.2 g/t gold in the early 1990's. The Burraga project is located within the prospective Lachlan Fold Belt which hosts the 2Moz McPhillamy's gold deposit only 50km to the north of the project area. Paterson has completed an extensive rehabilitation program of historic drill holes in the past quarter to ensure the company is adhering to environmental best practice in the lead up to prospectivity analysis, field mapping and drill targeting planned for the first quarter of 2023. The exploration licence 7975 which hosts the Isabella gold prospect has also been extended for an additional three years. The Grace Gold-Copper Project is in the heart of the Paterson Province, where multiple major exploration groups including Rio Tinto, Newcrest and Greatland Gold are actively exploring within the region. Significant discoveries proximal to Paterson's Grace Project include the Havieron gold-copper deposit to the north-east where Greatland Gold recently reported a 5.5 million ounce gold resource, Cyprium Metal's Maroochydore copper prospect to the south and the world-class 30-plus million ounce Telfer Gold-Copper Mine, owned by Newcrest, located 25km northwest. Paterson Resources Limited Provides an Update on the Results of RC Drilling Program At Its Grace Gold-Copper Project in the Highly Prospective Paterson Province Paterson Resources Limited provided an update on the results of the Company's RC drilling program at its Grace Gold-Copper Project in the highly prospective Paterson Province. Assay results have been received for a further 12 holes. The drilling program was designed to target dip and strike extensions of the mineralised resource envelop at the Grace-Bemm deposit, extend known mineralisation at the Genoa prospect, along with testing the highly prospective Parallel Range Fault. Of the 25 holes with assays received, 22 holes have returned significant gold mineralisation. An EIS co-funded diamond drilling hole was completed at the Grace Gold-Copper project in August 2021 designed to test the source of a large magnetic feature at depth interpreted to be a felsic intrusion. The hole intercepted thick breccia hosted gold mineralisation within a metasedimentary sequence and was pushed through to hit a large felsic intrusion at about 761m. Significant intercepts from the hole. included: 20.8m at 2.0g/t Au from 203.2m including 2m at 3.6g/t Au from 216m and 3m at 8.38g/t from 221m. 15.7m at 0.4g/t Au from 762.3m including 0.3m at 3.14g/t Au from 762m. The hole confirmed the presence of a large felsic intrusion at depth, responsible for the magnetic anomaly, thought to be the likely source of gold-copper mineralised fluids penetrating the overlying sedimentary sequence forming breccia-hosted gold rich zones. Whilst only weakly anomalous gold mineralisation was intersected at the contact with the felsic intrusion, pervasive limonitic noted throughout the intrusion alluded to the presence of sulphide-rich fluids permeating through the intrusion. Drilling to date at the Grace Gold-Copper Project has intersected gold mineralsiation hosted mostly within quartz- carbonate breccias and vein stockworks cross-cutting the metasedimentary sequence. The intersection of thick sulphide-replacement skarn gold mineralisation in drill holes PRC0024 and PRC0025 is a significant development in the evolution of understanding of the ore-forming model at Grace as an extensive intrusive related gold related system. 15m @ 4.03g/t Au from 77m including 6m @ 9.3g/t Au from 79m (PRC0024), 31m @ 3.13g/t Au from 145m including 7m @ 11.0g/t Au from 148m (PRC0024),19m @ 1.23g/t Au from 104m including 2m @ 5.9g/t Au from 106m (PRC0025), 41m @ 2.56g/t Au from 143m including 4m @ 9.2g/t Au from 143m and 3m @ 8.7g/t Au from 176m (PRC0025). Preliminary interpretations suggest the flat lying sulphide mineralisation is plunging steeply to the east-southeast. Whilst PRC0026 hit a zone of shallow vein hosted gold mineralisation from 61m, it appears the hole was terminated too early prior to hitting the thick, high-grade sulphide horizon at depth. Gold mineralisation at Grace has now been identified to be hosted in breccias, veins and massive sulphide replacement skarn style typical of intrustion-related gold systems and key characteristics of the nearby Havieron Gold-Copper deposit. Grace-Bemm Gold-Copper Deposit: Infill and extensional drilling along the Grace-Bemm Shear has been successful in further delineating gold mineralisation along strike and down dip. Significant intercepts include: 85m @ 0.64g/t Au from 55m including 3m @ 4.9g/t Au from 55m and 3m @ 3.9g/t Au from 60m, (PRC0014), 11m @ 1.07g/t Au from 32m including 1m @ 10.1g/t Au from 33m (PRC0017),8m @ 1.2g/t Au from 72m including 2m @ 3.8g/t Au from 77m (PRC0020), 10m @ 1.2g/t Au from 144m including 1m @ 8.2g/t Au from 144m (PRC0021), 8m @ 1.3g/t Au from 146m including 1m @ 6.3 g/t Au from 147m (PRC0022). The Company is highly encouraged by the intercept in PRC0014 indicating a thick, shallow zone of gold mineralisation remains open at depth. Mineralisation is hosted in a stockwork of extensive quartz-carbonate veining and brecciation within a sequence of metasedimentary rocks of the Isdell and Malu formations. This presents a high-priority target for future drilling. Next Steps: All 1m drill samples were assayed at ALS laboratories for gold only via Fire Assay to expedite the assaying process and develop a greater understanding on the controls of gold mineralisation. The technical team at Paterson are in the process of identifying select samples for further base metal analysis, including copper. These will be resubmitted to the laboratory prior to the end of the year. Following on from the successful RC drilling campaign at the Grace Gold-Copper Project, Paterson will: Conduct a detailed technical review of all results in conjunction with historical drilling results, Integrate assaying and logging into 3D model incorporating geophysical and geochemical data to identify priority drilling targets. Commence obtaining regulatory government and heritage approvals for drilling activities to recommence in the first quarter of 2023. Announcement • Oct 10
Paterson Resources Ltd Provides Results of RC Drilling Program, Identifies New Gold Trend & Extends Grace Deposit Paterson Resources Limited provided an update on the results of the Company's RC drilling program. RC drill during the 2022 program was designed to target dip and strike extensions of the Grace-Bemm deposit, extend known mineralisation at the Genoa prospect, along with testing the highly prospective Parralel Range Fault . Major rock types intercepted were the sediments of the Malu and Isdell formations. These sediments are highly mineralized with quartz, carbonate and albite veining with some quartz intercepts up to 20m thick. Trace sulphides, mostly pyrite, is common in the shales and siltstones associated with silicification of the country rock. Goethite and haematite alteration, a common association with gold mineralisation in the oxide zone, is also common as replacement of the original rock or as a bedded unit. The Parallel Range Fault sits just over 380m south of the Grace-Bemm shear zone and strikes in roughly the same orientation. The regional structure remains largely untested by historical drilling. A total of eight drill holes were designed to test the structure at depth with six of the eight holes hitting significant gold mineralisation over a trend of nearly 750m. PRC0002 and PRC0003 intercepted a diorite/syenite/dolerite intrusion which exhibits background gold values between 0.01 and 0.1 g/t Au for almost the entire unit with two samples reaching over 0.1 g/t Au. Goethite alteration in the last 10 metres of PRC0003 was weakly mineralised with gold. This trend presents a high priority target for future drilling. Genoa A single hole was designed to test significant wide, shallow gold mineralisation, including 26m at 1.28g/t Au (GPB2205), along strike at the Genoa prospect. Mineralisation intercepted in PRC0010 has extended the mineralised trend to about 200 metres, with mineralisation remaining open both along strike and at depth. Anomalous shallow gold mineralisation forms in the siltstones and sandstones of the Malu formation associated with quartz veining. The gold appears to be concentrated on the boundaries of these veins in highly weathered zones. PRC0010 returned 19m at 1.4 g/t Au within sandstones of the Malu formation with a peak grade of 15.9g/t Au. The geometry of the mineralised bodies is not well defined at this stage. Early interpretations indicate gold mineralisation is located in zones of intense veining and brecciation, with associated weak sulphidation, which are trending NNW-SSE. Grace-Bemm Deposit A total of 17 RC holes were designed to infill known gold mineralisation at the Grace-Bemm deposit, along with extending the known mineralised envelope down dip and along strike. Assay results have been received from four holes to date with all holes intersecting significant gold mineralisation. Gold mineralisation intercepted in PRC0011 has extended the known trend along the SSW extension of the Grace- Bemm shear by 200 metres, with the trend remaining open along strike. Additionally, intercepts returned in PRC0012, PRC0015 and PRC0016 have extended mineralisation both up dip and down dip. As additional results come in, the geometry of the mineralised envelope will become more evident. Further comment will be made up receival of the remaining assay results. Announcement • Sep 29

Paterson Resources Limited Provides an Update on Drilling Progress at its Grace Gold-Copper Project Near Telfer Paterson Resources Limited provided an update on drilling progress at the Company's Grace gold-copper project near Telfer. The aim of the program is to prove up existing deposits at Grace discovered by previous drilling, testing known mineralisation along the Grace-Bemm shear zone along strike and at depth. In addition, the Company will explore for new deposits using recent geophysics with an improved understanding of the geology and ore-forming models in the highly prospective Paterson Province. Drilling commenced with nine holes for 1,317m targeting the Parallel Range fault in the Isdell and Malu formations proximal to a known granite intrusion. The drill rig has now moved to test the continuation of mineralisation along the Grace-Bemm shear where five holes have now been completed for 832m. Early observations demonstrate Paterson is on the right track: The first indications from the drill holes targeting the Parallel Fault are highly encouraging. All drill holes targeting the Parallel Fault have intercepted extensive shallow zones of quartz-carbonate veining with evidence of relic sulphides weathered to goethite and limonite. The rocks show disruption by potentially mineralising fluids resulting in extensive quartz-carbonate-pyrite veining, brecciation and alteration. This mineral assemblage is a key signature of gold mineralisation at the Telfer gold-copper deposit. Additionally, in drill hole PRC0009, an intermediate intrusive was intersected between 88-102m with the lower contact containing highly disseminated sulphides (mostly pyrite) in pervasively silicified siltstones extending from 102m to 114m down hole. These observations are consistent with an Intrusive Related Gold System ore-forming model that is evolving in the Paterson Province. Announcement • Aug 11
Paterson Resources Limited Commences Drilling At the Grace Project Paterson Resources Limited announced that drilling has now commenced at the Grace Copper Gold Project with the first 3 holes now completed. The Grace Project hosts gold deposits similar to the world class Telfer gold deposit just 25 km north. The aim of the program is to prove up existing deposits at Grace discovered by previous drilling, test the deposit for extensions along strike and at depth along the Grace-Bemm shear zone. In addition, the Company will explore for new deposits using recent geophysics with an improved understanding of the geology. Drilling commenced with holes targeting the Parallel Range fault in the Isdell and Malu formations proximal toa granite intrusion. Drilling is progressing well with five holes completed for 842m and 295 samples from the first two holes are already on their way to the lab. The program will continue with holes planned to test the Grace-Bemm shear, known to host gold mineralisation and the Lakes prospect to the southwest. The Grace Gold-Copper Project is in the heart of the Paterson Province, where multiple major exploration groups including Rio Tinto, Newcrest and Greatland Gold are actively exploring within the region. Significant discoveries proximal to Paterson's Grace Project include the Havieron gold-copper deposit to the north- east where Greatland Gold recently reported a 5.5 million ounce gold resource, Cyprium Metal's Maroochydore copper prospect to the south and the world-class 30-plus million ounce Telfer Gold-Copper Mine, owned by Newcrest, located 25km northwest. Resources Limited Provides Update on Progress at its Grace Gold-Copper Project Near Telfer Paterson Resources Limited provided an update on progress at the Company's Grace gold-copper project near Telfer. Grace Gold-Copper Project: The Grace Gold-Copper Project is in the heart of the highly prospective Paterson Province, where multiple major exploration groups including Rio Tinto, Newcrest and Greatland Gold are actively exploring within the region. Historic drilling along the Grace-Bemm shear has intersected shallow, high-grade gold mineralisation, which has yet to be fully tested, including the following intercepts: 10m @ 20.95g/t Au from 6m (GPB0801); 33m @ 1.55g/t Au from 53m (GR124502); 12m @ 14.38g/t Au from 56m (GR037); 3.1m @ 8.28g/t Au from 17.1m (GPC9106); 22m @ 1.31g/t Au from 71m (GR124002); and 6m @ 5.61g/t Au from 34m (GR128001). The Company's maiden drilling program at Grace was designed to follow up several of these significant intercepts, along with testing the source of a large magnetic anomaly at depth. Significant intercepts from the program included: 5.8m @ 1.52 g/t Au from 203.2m including 1m @ 3.84 g/t from 206m (PDD0001); 8m @ 4.10 g/t Au from 216m including 3m @ 8.32 g/t Au from 221m (PDD0001); 3.6m @ 0.79 g/t Au from 20.5m (PDD0004); 3.8m @ 1.43 g/t Au fro 31.7m including 0.4m @ 8.15 g/t Au from 35.2m (PDD0004); and 3.8m @ 2.60 g/t Au from 37.2m including 0.7m @ 9.9 g/t Au from 38.2m (PDD0005). Phase 2 Drilling Program: With all approvals now in place, the Company has planned up to 8,000m of RC drilling targeting high priority areas along the Grace-Bemm fault including extending mineralisation intersected in the Phase 1 program, following up historical intercepts and targeting other regional structures and interpreted cross-cutting structures. Drilling is also designed to test the down dip continuity and strike extensions to expand the deposit in all directions. Additionally, several shallow historic holes ended in gold mineralisation presenting compelling drill targets warranting further investigation. Some of these intersections include: 16m @ 1.23g/t gold from 48m (GPB1506); 3m @ 1.21g/t gold from 56m (GPB0704); 10m @ 2.0g/t gold from 60m (BD2-1); and 16m @ 2.63g/t gold from 34m (GPB1706). Paterson Resources Limited Provides Exploration Update Paterson Resources Limited provided an update on progress of the Company's exploration efforts at its New South Wales Burraga Project. Perth-based geophysical consultancy Resource Potentials was engaged to reprocess a detailed airborne geophysical survey conducted by Elysium Resources in April 2014. Thomson Aviation flew a magnetic and radiometric survey (MAG) over three contiguous tenements at Burraga including EL6463, EL6874 and EL7975. The survey was flown on a 60m line spacing at a nominal terrain clearance of 60m and was intended to provide better resolution data than the government and open file data available. At the time, a preliminary interpretation of the data by geophysical consultant Kim Cook of GeoMagik identified a cluster of 3 high priority targets 500m to 1.5km to the south of the historic Lloyds Copper Mine. The anomalies were given as two-dimensional projections at surface with no depth or size indicators provided. Resource Potential completed unconstrained 3D magnetic vector inversion (MVI) modelling of the Burraga 2014 airborne magnetic (AMAG) data using Geosoft's VOXI modelling algorithm in order to resolve the depth and geometry of these magnetic source bodies. Target 8 is located on the eastern limb of the Lloyds syncline within an interbedded sequence of sericitized siltstones, lapilli tuffs, mafic schists and sulphidic cherts of the Rockley Volcanics and Target 4 is sited on the western limb with regional thrust faulting offsetting the sequence. The central potassium anomaly is located in a structural corridor and presents as a potential intrusion. The Priority 1 targets coincide with the remnantly magnetised potassium anomaly and the cross-cutting structures to the north could provide potential mineralised fluid traps for the suspected central intrusion. The MVI model has resolved a high-amplitude magnetic source target corridor with amplitudes up to +0.01 SI, located within and proximal to Target 8 extending along strike for nearly 2.4km. The southern part of the magnetic anomaly corridor contains a very strong magnetic anomaly source with an amplitude of +0.05 SI, the centre of which is modelled at a depth of 300 m below ground level and strikes for 370m. An additional strong modelled magnetic source body is coincident with Target 4 with a maximum amplitude of 0.04 SI and is proximal to an interpreted coarse-grained leucogranite intruding into the volcanic sequence. The target corridor with amplitudes up to +0.01 SI extends for 1.2km on the western limb of the Lloyds syncline and could represent a possible fold repetition of the anomaly on the eastern limb. Both of the modelled magnetic anomalies are proximal to or coincident with identified potassium anomalies. Much of the historical exploration at Paterson's Burraga project has been focused near the Lloyds copper mine that were mined mainly during the late 19th century. The large producer was the Lloyds Copper Mine which produced 19,443 tonnes of copper (470,000 tonnes of ore at 3.6% Cu) from a complex quartz carbonate - sulphide vein system located within a significant altered shear zone. Analysis of the drill core at the time by Getty highlighted the pyrrhotite, sphalerite and chalcopyrite mineralisation assemblage within variable quartz and K-feldspar veining suggested a skarn ore mineralisation model. Latter analysis of the core from drillholes DB1 and DB3 by Michelago Ltd. in 1994 identified elevated arsenic up to 1,120ppm, molybdenum up to 67ppm, and barium up to 6.01% indicating proximity to a strongly mineralizing intrusive/porphyry body. Paterson Resources Limited Provides an Update on Progress of Exploration Efforts At Its West Australian Projects Paterson Resources Limited provided an update on progress of the Company's exploration efforts at its West Australian projects. The soil geochemistry sampling survey at the Company's Pilbara Projects has been completed over high priority targets at the Bellary, Cheela Plains and Hamersley projects. More than 400 samples have been collected to date from all three projects. The sampling patterns are based on the results of previous grab sampling programs and regional geological trends and are planned to infill previously identified gold and base metal soil anomalies. The Bellary Project is located about 20km northwest of Paraburdoo and 40km southwest of Tom Price in the Shire of Ashburton. Sporadic exploration dates back to 1989, with historical soil sampling identifying a suite of targets prospective for gold, copper, silver, platinum, palladium, nickel, lead and zinc. Much of the Bellary tenement is underlain by rocks of the Fortescue Group including the Pyradie, Boongal and Hardey Formations. The Hardey Formation is highly prospective for conglomerate gold mineralisation, characterised by Novo Resources' 900,000 ounce Beatons Creek Gold Project and discovery at Purdy's Reward. Previous reconnaissance field sampling undertaken by the Company over historical gold and base metal soil geochemical anomalies identified two high priority targets Kara Well and Billie Camp. At the Billie Camp Prospect, a total of 115 samples were collected over 2 areas on a 50m by 50m grid. Several small gold nuggets were discovered at Billie Camp using metal detectors from an exposed quartz vein outcropping at surface, coinciding with a regional northwest trending structure and located at the base of a mopped metabasltic conglomerate from the Hardey Formation. Surprisingly, very little historical exploration has been conducted over this area and is limited to sporadic rock chip sampling. A total of 49 soil samples were collected over the Kara Well Prospect on a nominal 200m by 600m grid spacing. The program has been designed to infill historical soil geochemical sampling and further define gold and base metal anomalism, along with gaining a better understanding of the underlying geology. Previous rock chip samples at the Kara Well Prospect have returned values up to 27% Cu, 75ppb Au and 358g/t Ag. The Cheela Plains Project is located about 80km northwest of Paraburdoo on Cheela Plains Station. Small scale mining dates back to the 1930's with several small pits observed at the Slate Bore Prospect. No production records are available but outcrops of malachite and galena suggest mining was targeting copper and lead resources. Historical exploration has defined a major gold, arsenic and lead anomaly that strikes for over 4.5km over the Big Sarah Prospect with reconnaisance rock chip sampling undertaken by the Company in 2019 returning samples grading upto 24.5g/t Au. A total of 297 soil samples were collected over the Slate Bore and Big Sarah Prospects on a nominal 200m by 600m grid spacing. The program was designed to extend historical soil geochemical sampling and further define gold and base metal anomalism, along with gaining a better understanding of the underlying geology. The Hamersley Project is located about 65km west of Tom Price. Very little historical exploration has been undertaken over the tenement with a small number of stream sediment geochemical samples being taken by previous explorers. The Company's technical team have identified multiple regional scale northwest trending structures in favourable geological settings warranting preliminary reconnaissance soil geochemical testing. A total of 129 samples were collected on a nominal 200m by 600m grid. Paterson's priority at its Pilbara Projects is to focus on advancing targets towards drill-ready status which will include the following: Target definition and infill soil sampling, Ground geophysical surveys, Planning and design of an exploration drilling program to test identified high priority targets, Heritage clearances and all requisite permitting. Figure 4 shows the Grace tenements and the significant regional discoveries and mines. The heritage survey crew completed the work program clearance last week. The Company expects program clearance to be received by the end of June in preparation for drilling of the Phase 2 program at Grace, set to commence in July. The Company has planned an extensive reverse circulation drilling program of up to 8,000 metres designed to follow up multiple high priority targets located along the prospective Grace-Bemm shear zone, along with several under-explored regional targets highlighted by airborne geophysical surveys and anomalous gold and copper intersected in historical drilling. The technical team at Paterson Resources continues to expand on its understanding of the mineralised system at the Grace Project recently completing an additional review of historical data over its tenure. The review identified previous drilling over the regional Gandy's Folly and Smoke Rings prospects on the Company's 100% owned contiguous E45/5130 tenure that had not been included in the geological database. Anomalous values of up to 0.98 g/t gold and 0.06 % copper have been highlighted in historical drilling at Smoke Rings coincident with a significant aeromagnetic anomaly. Paterson has completed a mobile metal ion or "MMI" surface geochemical soil survey program on a 100m by 400m grid to traverse the distinct geophysical anomaly close to historical drilling. The MMI technology is a proven advanced geochemical technique well suited for areas under transported cover and especially well-suited for deeply buried mineral deposits. A total of 298 samples have been collected and sent to SGS Australia in Perth for MMI analysis. Announcement • May 26
Paterson Resources Limited Provides an Update on Progress of the Company's Exploration Efforts at its West Australian and New South Wales Projects Paterson Resources Limited provided an update on progress of the Company's exploration efforts at its West Australian and New South Wales projects. Grace Project - Paterson Province; The Grace Gold-Copper Project is in the heart of the Paterson Province, where multiple major exploration groups including Rio Tinto, Newcrest and Greatland Gold are actively exploring within the region. Phase Two Drilling Program - Grace Gold-Copper Deposit; Gold-copper mineraliastion at the Grace Prospect displays many similarities with the nearby Telfer gold-copper deposit. There are discordant veins and breccias with gold existing as inclusions in pyrite or in the matrix of the breccia. Mineralisation is centered around the Grace-Bemm shear. The mineralisation system is considered to be the same as Telfer with hydrothermal fluids generated by granitic emplacements about 645 million years ago mobilizing gold present in the sedimentary country rock. Mineralisation at Telfer is hosted in the Malu formation but is also known to be hosted within the Puntapunta formation at Havieron and the Isdell Formation at Grace. It worth noting the Malu and Puntapunta formations also extend along the length of the Company's tenure. Historic exploration has centered around the Bemm prospect and other prospects in the Isdell formation. The Company considers the intersection of regional structures with the Malu and Puntapunta formations to be prospective for further accumulation of gold-copper mineralisation. Gold mineralisation in the region is mostly structurally controlled. The Grace-Bemm shear has been explored along a 4km strike length to depths averaging less than 100 metres. A further 3km of strike length to the northwest and up to 2km to the southeast of the Grace deposit remains largely unexplored and will be tested in the upcoming program. Additionally, the Parallel Range Fault that runs parallel to the Grace-Bemm Shear and juxtaposes the Malu Formation onto the Isdell Formation remains largely untested. Historical drilling intercepting this structure returned intercepts of 4m at 2.49 g/t gold from only 14 metres and 14m at 1.37 g/t gold from 48m in GPB1506 that has never been followed up and presents a compelling target for the Company. The Company has planned an extensive reverse circulation drilling program of up to 8,000 metres designed to follow up on these high priority targets. Soil Geochemistry Sampling Survey - Smoke Rings; The technical team at Paterson Resources continues to expand on its understanding of the mineralised system at the Grace Project recently completing an additional review of historical data over its tenure. The review identified previous drilling over the regional Gandy's Folly and Smoke Rings prospects on the Company's 100% owned contiguous E45/5130 tenure that had not been included in the geological database. Anomalous values of up to 0.98 g/t gold and 0.06% copper have been highlighted in historical drilling at Smoke Rings coincident with a significant aeromagnetic anomaly. Paterson has planned a mobile metal ion - or "MMI" surface geochemical soil survey program to traverse the distinct geophysical anomaly close to historical drilling. The MMI technology is a proven advanced geochemical technique well suited for areas under transported cover and especially well-suited for deeply buried mineral deposits. The surface geochemical program is due to commence in the first week of June this year. Pilbara Gold & Base Metal Projects; The soil geochemistry sampling survey at the Company's Pilbara Projects is nearing completion. The field team was mobilized to the Pilbara earlier this month to conduct a systematic geochemical soil sampling survey over high priority targets at the Bellary, Cheela Plains and Hamersley projects. More than 400 samples have been collected to date from all three projects. The sampling patterns are based on the results of previous grab sampling programs and regional geological trends and are planned to infill previously identified gold and base metal soil anomalies. Paterson Resources Limited Announces Assay Results from Diamond Drilling Program at its Grace Project in Western Australia's Gold-Rich Paterson Province Paterson Resources Limited announced assay results from a diamond drilling program at its Grace Project in Western Australia's gold-rich Paterson Province have continued to identify shallow high-grade zones of gold mineralization. The Company has received assay results from the remaining five diamond drill holes and one RC drill hole that were completed October 2021 to test a series of priority targets outlined from geophysics and historical drilling, which has identified similar styles of mineralization to the world-class Telfer Copper-Gold Mine (25km north-west) and Havieron Gold Deposit (40km north-east). Encouragingly, four of the six drill holes intersected significant gold mineralization. Mineralization intersected in PDD0003 has extended known gold mineralization southeast along strike of the Grace-Bemms shear a nearly 200m. Furthermore, diamond hole PDD0005 was drilled a further 800m southeast along strike of the Grace-Bemms shear from PDD0003. Minimal historical shallow RAB drilling exists between PDD0003 and PDD0005. The company has highlighted the area between PDD0003 and PDD0005 as a high priority drill target warranting further follow up drilling in the upcoming program. The presence of grades at a depth of up to 10.2g/t associated with felsic intrusive is highly encouraging and confirms the gold system at grace is part of a large mineralized system and significantly increases the perceptivity of the project where there has been no been drill tested. Of final significance, PDD0001 was lined with PVC casing enabling future down hole geophysical surveying to be conducted in conjunction with the upcoming RC drilling program. With gold mineralization being closely associated with logged massive sulphide veining and brecciation it is anticipated down hole geophysical surveying will enable off-hole conductors to be modelled aiding with future diamond drill targeting. A Program of Work (POW) is already in place for a follow up drill program with a heritage survey due to commence in March to clear the area for access. The company is in the process of finalizing a drilling contractor in order to undertake an aggressive 8,000-10,000 meter RC infill and extensional drilling program prior to releasing a maiden JORC compliant mineral resource estimate later in the year. The Company looks forward to updating shareholders on the ongoing exploration at the Grace Project in due course. The Grace Copper-Gold Project is located in the heart of the Paterson Province, where multiple majorexploration groups including Rio Tinto, Newcrest and Greatland Gold, are actively exploring within the region. Paterson Resources Ltd. Announces grace Drilling Eis Hole Completed Paterson Resources Limited announce the completion of the deep EIS co-funded drill hole at the Grace project. The hole tested an interpreted magnetic anomaly at depth and for the presence of Grace/Bemm style mineralization beneath the known shallow zone. The hole intersected broad zones of pyrite/quartz/carbonate veining before a strongly altered and brecciated zone at depth which included a granitic intrusive. Existing drilling at the Grace project has so far only tested the shallow extent of shear hosted gold mineralisation which remains open at depth. Paterson believes the deep drillhole will provide invaluable information about the mineralised body at Grace and may provide evidence for a larger deeper zone of mineralisation. Announcement • Sep 09
Paterson Resources Limited Announces Drilling Commences at the Grace Copper-Gold Project, Western Australia Paterson Resources Limited announced the drilling contractor, DDH1, arrived at the Grace Copper-Gold Project in the highly prospective Paterson Province, Western Australia, over the week-end. Pleasingly, the six-week drilling campaign is now underway and set to test key targets. Specifically, the drilling campaign is targeting similar styles of mineralisation to the world-class Telfer Copper-Gold Mine (25km north-west) and Havieron Gold Deposit (40km north-east). 2021 DRILLING CAMPAIGN: This current drilling campaign is focused on: 1) high-impact targets that were identified from recent geophysical surveying; and, 2) infilling significant gaps between known mineralisation previously intersected in the Grace and Bemm Shear Zones. The current infill drilling will follow up historic work carried out by Newmont Australia and Newcrest Mining. Moreover, drill-hole targets are based on interpretation of geophysical data and anomalies identified from recent gradient array IP (GAIP), airborne electromagnetic (VTEM) surveying, regional gravity and magnetic datasets. The primary target for the 2021 drilling campaign is extending historic shear zone-hosted gold mineralisation within the Grace-Bemm Shear Zone trend; note, this will be tested by fences of drillholes. Furthermore, incremental planned drill holes are targeting other IP /VTEM anomalies, interpreted structurally complex zones north-west of Grace-Bemm and deeper geophysical anomalies to the south. Historical high-grade gold intercepts generally coincide with the IP conductivity anomaly trends, which may be related to enhanced weathering above mineralised shear zones. The Grace Copper-Gold Project is located in the heart of the Paterson Province, where multiple major exploration groups, including Rio Tinto, Newcrest and Greatland Gold, are actively exploring within the area. Significant discoveries nearby Paterson Resources Grace Copper-Gold Project include Havieron to the north-east, Maroochydore to the south plus the world-class Telfer mine located 25 km north-west. Paterson Resources Ltd. Announces Grace Project Drill Plan Finalised & Site Logistics Commence Paterson Resources Ltd. announced the 2021 exploration program at the Grace Project is now underway. The Company's exploration manager Daniel McIntyre visited the project site in early March to prepare logistics for the upcoming drilling program after a period of heavy rain in the region. The current drilling program is targeting similar styles of mineralisation to the world class Telfer Copper/Gold Deposit 25km to the north and the Havieron Project located 40km to the east. Historic drilling has produced excellent near surface high-grade gold mineralisation which has not been followed up. These results include: 10.0m @ 20.95 g/t Au from 6.0m - GPB0801 (RAB); 33.0m @ 1.55 g/t Au from 53.0m - GR124502 (RC); 12.0m @ 14.38 g/t Au from 56.0m - GR037 (RC); 3.1m @ 8.28 g/t Au from 17.1m - GPC9106 (DDH); 22.0m @ 1.31 g/t Au from 71.0m - GR124002 (RC); 6.0m @ 5.61 g/t Au from 34.0m - GR128001 (RC); 4.0m @ 7.04 g/t Au from 38.0m - GR124501 (RC); 16.0m @ 2.64 g/t Au from 34.0m -BR8-5 (RAB); and 4.0m @ 5.13 g/t Au from 30.0m - HK3-4 (RAB). 2021 drilling program will target high-impact targets that were identified from recent geophysical surveying, as well as infill significant gaps between known mineralization at the Grace and Bemm Shear Zones. Modern infill drilling will follow up historic drilling carried out by Newmont Australia/Newcrest Mining. No significant exploration drilling has been undertaken in this area since 2004. Many of the proposed drill collars are located on, or nearby the existing tracks, which facilitate easy access to drill-pads with minimal required clearing and ground disturbance. Drillhole targets are based on interpretation of geophysical data and anomalies identified from recent gradient array IP (GAIP) and airborne electromagnetic (EM) surveying, and regional gravity and magnetic anomaly datasets. The primary target for the 2021 drilling program is extension of historic zone-hosted gold mineralisation within the Grace-Bemm Zone trend, which will be tested by fences of drillholes with depth 150 m or greater. Additional planned drillholes are targeting other IP and VTEM anomalies and interpreted structurally complex zones to the NW of Grace-Bemm zones, as well as deeper geophysical anomaly sources to the south.
